Baginka Soup

This soup is very simply to make and perfect for all seasons. It can be enjoyed warm or cold in summer. Ingredients for 2 people.

  • 1 litre of water
  • approx. 50g ginger
  • 1-2 tbsp baobab fruit powder
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock
  • 100ml cream (can be left out)

According to taste add ginger, carrots, onions, garlic and parsley and chop into fine pieces. Add water, vegetables and vegetable stock to a cookig pot.

Leave everything to cook until the carrots become tender. If desired, blend in a food processor until smooth. Now the cream can be stirred in, The soup can be served with a glob of yoghourt or garnished with Baobab Milky Dip.
